Exterior storm renovation contractors in the Denver Metro area face fierce competition, making it difficult to get a foot in the door with potential customers. When you do get the chance to consult with a home or business owner, you want to be sure you are as prepared as possible to close the deal. One common way exterior remodeling companies lose business is by not offering all of the services a prospective client may need or want. For example, you might offer exceptional roofing services, but get rejected because the property owner also sustained damage to windows and siding. Rightfully so, the owner doesn’t want to deal with the hassle of hiring multiple companies for restoration work. At Pachner Exteriors, we can fill that void. We provide storm damage contractor services to alleviate such scenarios and ensure your clients are happy throughout the process. We offer:

After an untimely hailstorm (in the middle of our home sale), we called Troy after reading his great reviews online! We were fortunate enough that he was in our area at the time! We immediately loved his demeanor and felt strongly that he was a man of integrity so we arranged for him to replace the roof on our home under contract. Troy was so helpful in dealing with the insurance company and extremely patient with the confusing circumstances of our unique situation. In spite of delays with the process, he hung in there with us and his company’s work reflects the quality he promised~quick, clean, efficient, and professional!! We highly recommend Pachner Exteriors for your roofing needs!

From the inspection through the completion of our roofs and gutters everything was excellent! Troy did the damage inspection and handled all parts of the repair- working with insurance, helping us understand our options, scheduling, monitoring the work, and going out of his way to avoid damage to our trees! The roofers were amazing. Efficient, professional, and very skilled! The cleanup was great! Everything looks wonderful and our roofs are better than they’ve ever been!
Response from the owner
Susan and Jeff,
Thank you so much for allowing our company to complete your repairs! The three roofs we replaced look outstanding and with the installed gutters and gutter guards we put in, your property is positioned to be protected from weather for decades moving forward.

Worked with Erica and her team. Really did all the hard lifting with the insurance and can't say enough about the team who did my repairs. I had my roof done, patching and painting of the exterior of the house and windows fixed. Got to love Colorado hail storms. Definitely recommend the company and especially Erica.

I really appreciate Troy Pachner owner of Pachner Exteriors as he provided my neighbors and I with honest inspections from the June 6 hail storm. 4 of our 6 neighbors have hail damage here in Orchard Mesa / Chipeta Estates. He comes highly recommended from friends that have used his services in the past.

I wanted to thank Pachner Exteriors and especially owner Troy Pachner for their assistance with our past and present hail claims. Pachner worked closely with my insurance company and undertook complex repairs on my home on two previous storm damage claims and they are now assisting me with my current hail damage in Orchard Mesa. Troy inspected our home, discovered significant hail damage, and assisted us in filing our claim. He will be present at the insurance adjustment and I look forward to him repairing our home to pre-storm condition! I recommend Pachner Exteriors without reservation.
Response from the owner

I can't say enough great things about Pachner Exteriors and the incredible work Troy Pachner and his team did on my home. After extensive damage from hail and a tornado, they expertly repaired everything from the roof down. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. I've referred them to several friends, and as an insurance broker, I confidently recommend them to my clients as well. Troy and his team truly go above and beyond!
Response from the owner
Eric, Thanks so much for the kind review. The damage to your home was certainly significant and we were able to work with your insurance company to ensure full repairs. We work hard to make sure that our team is professional and attentive to detail.
Thanks so much for the referrals from your realm as an insurance broker - we look forward to assisting you again in the future.

I recently had my roof replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress free – largely thanks to my consultant, Abigail. She was knowledgeable, communicative, and incredibly kind every step of the way. Abigail made sure all my questions were answered and that every detail was handled with care. The crew was punctual, respectful, and worked efficiently without cutting corners.
Response from the owner
Thanks for the kind words Luke. Abigail is an expert - knowledgeable, professional, and caring. Our crew leader Freddie has completed over 800 roofs for our company and he and his guys are the best in town! They reroof with great technical knowledge and truly care about the finish product for our clients. Lastly, their attention to cleanup detail (nothing worse for a homeowner than picking up nails for months - that will not happen with us!) is second to none.
Please let us know if we can be of assistance in the future and thanks again for trusting Pachner Exteriors to undertake your roof replacement.

Thank you to Troy and his whole team. They were great to work with!
Response from the owner
Cristel, it was our pleasure to undertake your repairs! We also enjoyed working with your Mom on her property.
There was significant complexity to both projects as we replaced both main roofs, replaced gutters and downspouts, installed a large quonset barn roof, replaced windows and a screen door, resided one residence with vinyl and another with a full metal siding replacement, and painted damaged fascia and a very large chimney.
We specialize in comprehensive insurance claims such as yours and undertake all repairs unlike so many of our competitors. No reason to find 5 different contractors when Pachner Exteriors can handle your entire project.
I really enjoyed getting to know you and your Mom, please let us know if we can be of assistance in the future.

Response from the owner
Thank you Taylor and it was a pleasure working with you throughout the process. Our project manager Erica does such a great job working with insurance and making sure that all repairs are completed to expert levels.
Please let us know if we can be of assistance in the future.
