From the inspection through the completion of our roofs and gutters everything was excellent! Troy did the damage inspection and handled all parts of the repair- working with insurance, helping us understand our options, scheduling, monitoring the work, and going out of his way to avoid damage to our trees! The roofers were amazing. Efficient, professional, and very skilled! The cleanup was great! Everything looks wonderful and our roofs are better than they’ve ever been!

Worked with Erica and her team. Really did all the hard lifting with the insurance and can't say enough about the team who did my repairs. I had my roof done, patching and painting of the exterior of the house and windows fixed. Got to love Colorado hail storms. Definitely recommend the company and especially Erica.

I wanted to thank Pachner Exteriors and especially owner Troy Pachner for their assistance with our past and present hail claims. Pachner worked closely with my insurance company and undertook complex repairs on my home on two previous storm damage claims and they are now assisting me with my current hail damage in Orchard Mesa. Troy inspected our home, discovered significant hail damage, and assisted us in filing our claim. There was significant complexity to both projects as we replaced both main roofs, replaced gutters and downspouts, installed a large quonset barn roof, replaced windows and a screen door, resided one residence with vinyl and another with a full metal siding replacement, and painted damaged fascia and a very large chimney.
